Since 2015, Y-C has supported Fratelli Branca  Distillerie – a historic company in the beverage sector – with dedicated corporate Yoga Coaching programs.

In the first part of 2019 specific programs of Postural Yoga were carried out with Dr. Marta Medina, a physiotherapist specialized in Postural Yoga and teacher trainer.
In the autumn, Dr. Ram Rattan Singh ran two intensive special sessions.

Ram Rattan Singh

Dr. Ram Rattan Singh (with his spiritual name he loves to introduce himself), has been helping yoga practitioners of any school and tradition for more than 18 years to know and use Kundalini Yoga to create the health and vitality they desire. Graduated in medicine and specialized in reconstructive surgery, in 1991, after 14 years of practice in numerous clinics and hospitals, he began studying Kundalini Yoga. His experience is so profound and beneficial, that the vision of using this discipline as a powerful tool to support normal medical practice becomes the dream of his life. He therefore decides to devote himself to deepening the experience of Kundalini Yoga and has the blessing of studying for seven years in direct contact with his Master Yogi Bhajan. In 1998 he left the profession of surgeon and became a Kundalini Yoga teacher, teacher trainer and Yoga therapist and traveled constantly in Italy and Europe to hold teacher training courses and Yoga and Health workshops. In 2006 he started the Yoga and Health project to teach as many people as possible how to use Kundalini Yoga to live a happy, meaningful life.
