Shiv Charan Singh

Scientific Committee

Shiv Charan Singh is a renowned spiritual leader and director and founder of the Karam Kriya School (applied numerology) in London. He has taught Kundalini Yoga since 1982 as a direct pupil of Yogi Bhajan. Born in Scotland, he has written various books and teaches all over the world. He lives in Quinta Do Rajo Ashram in Portugal, which is also the headquarter of the Karam Kriya School.

Ram Rattan Singh

Scientific Committee and special projects

Having graduated from medical school with a specialisation in reconstructive surgery, Dr Ram Rattan Singh then worked for 14 years in various clinics and hospitals before focusing on Kundalini Yoga. Dr Ram Rattan Singh studied directly under the great Master Yogi Bhajan himself, maturing his vision of using this discipline to complement normal medical practices. In 1998 he left his profession as a surgeon and became a therapeutic and  Kundalini Yoga teacher and later a teacher trainer too. In 2006 he launched his Yoga e Salute (Yoga and Health) project to teach a wider number of people how to use Kundalini Yoga to enjoy a happy, more meaningful life.

Francesca Federici

Scientific Committee

Francesca Federici (Meherbani Kaur), from Siena, is a Theoretical Physics graduate. She has worked as a researcher at the Scuola Normale Superiore in Pisa since 2004, and she teaches Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya (an approach to the problems of life based on the study of numbers). She is a counsellor in both disciplines and teaches them in Italy and abroad.

Ida Meneghello

Yoga Coach

A contemporary history graduate from the University of Bologna, in 1988 Ida began working as a professional journalist. During a lengthy period in Milan she wrote for the financial pages of publications such as Mondo, Panorama, Corriere della Sera and Il Resto del Carlino, and then went on to run the press office for the Il Mulino publishing house in Bologna for almost 20 years, where she became a well-known name in the cultural sections of many major Italian newspapers and radio and television shows. For over 10 years, Ida has also been a Kundalini Yoga teacher with second level international certification awarded by the Kundalini Research Institute in New Mexico. She is currently studying to become a teacher trainer and she works regularly for the Yoga-Coaching® project, teaching yoga techniques in corporate environments.

Susanna Cesarini

Yoga Coach

A sociologist, counsellor and transactional analyst for various organisations, Susanna has been a consultant for Italian and international companies for over 30 years. She is also a human resources trainer with a special focus on organisational well-being. She conducts marketing quality research for research institutes both in Italy and abroad, and offers professional orientation counselling to private customers and institutions. Susanna is also a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor who teaches in centres, associations and schools in the Varese area. She is president of the ASD Artha association and a web writer for her “Effetto Yoga” (Yoga Effect) blog and other sport and wellness sites. Susanna’s role in the Yoga-Coaching® project is teaching yoga techniques in the company training sphere.

Marta Medina

Yoga Coach

Marta has a physiotherapy degree and a diploma in manual osteopathic therapy. She is a 1st and 2nd level Kundalini Yoga teacher as certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (New Mexico), and as an IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapy) certified yoga therapist, she is involved in researching and using yoga as a therapy in the sphere of musculoskeletal problems. She is also a certified Yoga Therapist for the Structural System by the Guru Ram Das Center for Medicine and Humanology, Boston, Massachusetts. She holds courses for yoga teachers and physiotherapists with C.M.E. (Continuous Medical Education) accreditation, as well as working in the sphere of sports medicine with mental coaching. She also collaborates with the Centro Europeo della Colonna Vertebrale (European Spine Centre) as an expert posturology physiotherapist, and in the Yoga-Coaching® project, she teaches yoga techniques in the company training sphere.

Alessandro Parrinello


Alessandro is a professional instructor, coach trainer and H.R. strategic consultant and blogger, specialised in personal, professional and sporting growth. He has over 15 years’ experience in Top Manager positions with C.F.O., H.R. Manager and administrator qualifications. He is an mBIT Coach Trainer specialised in the knowledge, alignment and consistency of the 3 neural networks (Head, Heart and Gut) and the role of emotions. Alessandro is an expert in all matters of well-being, stress management, leadership & decision making, and emotional and intuitive intelligence. He also writes and presents seminars for companies, private clients and schools based on his vast scientific knowhow and experience.

Danuta Rudzińska

Content Creator

Dana is a marketing strategist specializing in online marketing and social media presence. She is an expert in the area of information visualization in business: presentation designer and content creator. She is from Poland and has a work experience in international companies, advertising agencies, also as an independent consultant. She developed communication projects and strategies for Empik – a cultural sales network; Optimize – an international advertising agency; a big private network of medical clinics (ENEL-MED) and Canal + Polska. She lives in Bologna since 2017 and adds a lot of value to the Y-C project.

Sara Montani

Communication Specialist

Specialised in communications, advertising and branding, Sara is a co-founder of the Momic Studio in Bologna, where she is responsible for creative concepts and graphics. She has been a member of the Y-C team ever since it was founded, working closely with Alessia to help the project grow and create effective communications.
