Fuel up with energy

Your hands rest on your lap with fingers interlaced in venus mudra, palms up and thumbs touching. Inhale with small sips as if you were drinking a milk shake with a straw. Keep inhaling this way (breath will go out naturally, but you do not exhale).

Time: maximum 5 minutes.
