The multidimensional approach that comes from ancient traditions reveals the fact that, far from being only the physical body as we often believe, our body is made up of a complex system of 10 bodies more or less subtle, each with its quality and function .

Knowing them allows us to take care of them in addition to being more aware of our projections .
