Sit in a comfortable meditative posture with a straight spine.
With the four fingers of the right hand, feel the pulse on the left wrist. Place the fingers in a straight line pressed lightly so you can feel the pulse in each fingertip.
Focus your mind at the point where the nose and eyebrows meet. The eyelids are lightly closed. On each beat of the heart, mentally hear the sound “Sat Nam”.
Time: 11-31 minutes.
This is a meditation for people who find difficult to meditate. It calms the most fluctuating mind. If you do not know how to meditate or you want to develop this ability of concentration in action, this is a beautiful technique to achieve it.
It allows you to control your own reaction to any situation and can bring sweetness and onepointedness to the most outrageous and scattered mind.
