Meditation for hair trigger efficiency

Bring the nervous and glandular system into balance in difficult situations

Sit in relaxed position with a straight spine. With elbows bent, raise your hands up and in until they meet at the level of your heart a few inches from the body. This is hand position Mudra: with the fingers of both hands extended and joined, and the palms facing your body, place the palm of your right hand over the back of your left hand. The fingers of your left hand point toward the right and the fingers of your right hand point toward the left. Press the tips of your thumb together. Hold your hands and forearms parallel to the ground. Keep your eyes slightly open.

Inhale deeply through your nose and hold the breath in for 10 seconds.

Exhale completely through your nose and do not inhale  for 10 seconds.

The exhale must be thorough and complete with your lungs totally emptied so that all the heart valves get equal pressure causing  the brain and central nervous system to trigger a “survival mode” for a few seconds.

Continue this breathing pattern concentrating and focusing powerfully on each breath.

Time: 3 to 5 minutes.

This MBE brings your entire nervous and glandular system into balance. By placing your thumbs together in the Mudra the sciatic nerve is neutralized at the point of ego. This particular balance puts pressure on certain meridian points in your shoulders. In performing this MBE you will come to understand that even with your lungs completely devoid of air you are still alive.
