As Rita Levi Montalcini said, the brain is the only organ not subject to wear, the more you use it, the better it works. So it’s just a matter of finding the right coach and training. Is it possible to make the brain do aerobic activity comparable to that with which Jane Fonda put the generation of the eighties and nineties into shape?

Among the trainers engaged in playing such a difficult game, there is an American doctor who has been studying and teaching Kundalini Yoga for years, Dharma Singh Khalsa: in 1993 he founded the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation (ARPF) in Tucson (Arizona) soon a reference point recognized worldwide for research on degenerative processes of the brain.

His training program is called Brain Longevity® and promises to solve many problems.
