Certified course

Brain Longevity® is an intensive course for

  • trainers of advanced wellness and fitness centers,
  • yoga teachers who wish to specialize on advanced Brain Longevity teachings,
  • people willing to help others to stay mentally fit over the time,
  • physiotherapists and other professionals who want to raise and develop their professional skills.

Brain Longevity® is the result of 25 years of studies, research and practice of the Alzheimer Research & Prevention Foundation, Tucson, Arizona.
For the first time this advanced training is being broadcasted in Italy, with a certification from the US. Course participants will receive the official Certification «Brain Longevity Instructor» from the U.S.A.

More than any other comment, these images will stay impressed in my mind as a milestone in my personal life and professional career. You’ll learn:
